Registration

To register for IWHA 2013 Montpellier, you are requested to fill in the registration form (please use the link below).

Online registration

Registration is compulsory and is done in two steps: preregistration and registration.

Only fully completed registrations will be accepted. The registration can only be confirmed after receipt of the full payment.

Registration is compulsory and is done in two steps: Step 1: Pre-registration and Step 2: Confirm a pre-registration. Please note that you must inform the registration category during Step 1: Pre-registration.

Step 2: Confirm a pre-registration can be done only after receiving an email validating the Step 1: Pre-registration.

NB: pre-inscription is not confirmed by an immediate and automatic reply. It is checked manually, so the delay for validation varies and takes a little longer.

Payment by credit card is the preferred method and our on-line payment system is secure. You will need to include your full name, credit card number, and the date of expiration etc, as requested on the form. You may also pay by cheque drawn on a French bank. Please note that you will be asked to pay any bank charges related to funds transfer.

* By selecting the registration for students, you confirm that you will prove your status by scanning (e-mail to: nathalie.finot@ird.fr with « student card » as subject) or faxing (fax: +33 (0)4 67 63 87 78) a copy of your student ID card.

Conference registration fees cover:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions 26-28 june 2013
  • Three lunches plus morning and afternoon refreshments
  • Abstracts and programme package
  • Coktail of bienvenue in the garden of the Castle of Jacou, near the water house on Thursday 27

Payment method

The payment of registration fees will preferably be made by credit card. Payment by bank transfer (especially for French public organizations) or check is also possible. Following the confirmation of registration, a receipt will be sent by email.

Credit card

This method of payment is recommended for non-french participants.

Payments by credit card are secure. Transactions are protected and encrypted using a secure socket layer (SSL) certificate provided by Paypal. SSL technology is the industry-standard method for protecting web communications. The SSL security protocol provides data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity.

Bank transfer

All payments by bank transfer must be identified as follows: IWHA 2013 + Surname + Given name of the participant.

The following information must be included on the check: IIFET2010 + Surname + Name of the participant.

Cancellation

Cancellation of inscriptions is possible until 1 june 2013.

We will reimburse 70 % of the amount paid (30 % are considered as administrative costs) and any bank transfer costs will be charged to you and thus deduced from this sum.

To ask for a cancellation and for reimbursement you have to send us an e-mail (nathalie.finot@ird.fr with « cancellation » as subject) explaining the reasons for your cancelation and a reimbursement request, RIB for French participants, Bank account n°, IBAN and BIC, bank name and address for EU, Bank account N°, bank name and address and Swift code for other countries

Letters of Invitation

We are pleased to provide Letters of Invitation to participants needing documentation for their international travel arrangements. Registration and payment of the appropriate fees is required prior to requesting this support letter. Please send all requests to nathalie.finot@ird.fr with «letter of invitation request » as subject.
